MoKabb is committed to providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for bookings made through the MoKabb website, mobile applications, WhatsApp, or any authorized booking channel.
By booking a service through MoKabb, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Customer Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup.
- Partial refund may apply for cancellations made between 6 and 24 hours before pickup.
- No refund may be granted for cancellations made less than 6 hours before pickup.
- Additional cancellation charges may apply after driver dispatch.
3. No-Show Policy
If a passenger fails to appear at the agreed pickup location within the allocated waiting period, the booking may be classified as a No-Show.
- No refunds are available for No-Show bookings.
- Airport pickups include a complimentary waiting period.
- Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
4. Driver Cancellation
If MoKabb or an assigned driver cancels a booking and no replacement service can be arranged, a full refund will be issued.
5. Airport Transfers
- Flight delays are monitored whenever flight details are provided.
- Flight cancellations may qualify for a refund depending on the circumstances.
- No refund will be issued for missed flights caused by passenger actions.
- Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation notice.
6. Group Bookings & Special Services
Bookings involving vans, group transfers, events, corporate transportation, weddings, or customized services may be subject to specific cancellation conditions communicated at the time of booking.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
MoKabb shall not be responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic congestion.
- Road closures.
- Weather conditions.
- Natural disasters.
- Government restrictions.
- Public events or emergencies.
Refund requests related to delays are reviewed individually.
8. Payment Errors
Customers who believe they have been charged incorrectly should contact MoKabb within seven (7) days of the transaction date.
Verified duplicate charges or billing errors will be refunded promptly.
9. Fraud Prevention
MoKabb reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse of the booking system, false claims, or chargeback abuse.
10. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 14 business days depending on the payment provider and banking institution involved.
11. Refund Methods
Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking whenever possible.
12. Dispute Resolution
Customers who disagree with a refund decision may contact MoKabb Customer Support for a review of their case.
13. Limitation of Liability
MoKabb shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from cancellations, delays, interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
14. Changes to this Policy
MoKabb reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page together with the revised effective date.
Most approved refund requests are processed within 5 to 14 business days.
Refund eligibility may vary depending on cancellation timing, service type, and circumstances surrounding the booking.
